WHAT TO EXPECT
Candidates will be provided with a hands on approach to discover and learn the professional practices of a specialised hair and scalp therapist. Students must have successfully completed the Associate Trichology seminar and have a good understanding of trichology and hair science terminology as a pre – requisite to complete this course.
Hairstylists, barbers, salon and spa owners and employees will finish this course with a sense of empowerment to provide their guests with up to date scientific knowledge and care relating to hair and scalp disorders from a cosmetology level.
- Maximum of 10 students per practical session.
- Education conducted by a formally qualified trichologist.
Topics presented include:
- live trichology consultations,
- conducting expert trichology evaluation methods,
- check up procedures,
- consultation and role plays,
- hair and scalp care product and program solutions,
- how to obtain referrals and
- health and safety procedures.
Duration: Two full days 9am to 4pm
